Dr. Dojalisa Sahu obtained her graduate degree from Sambalpur University in 2001. She completed her post-graduate and Master in Philosophy degrees in Chemistry with specialization in inorganic Chemistry  from Sambalpur University in 2004 & 2006 respectively. Thereafter, she joined as a research assistant in different mega-projects carried out in CSIR-IMMT and continued her research work in department of Material Characterization. Apart from multidisciplinary research in synthesis and characterization of novel nanomaterials to analysis of water/minerals samples she was also involved in handling high precision instruments like Powder X-ray diffractometer, FTIR Spectrometer, UV-VIS spectrometer, TGA-DTA spectrometer and Photoluminescence spectrometer etc. She obtained Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from Sambalpur University in 2014. Her Ph.D. work was focused on the synthesis and characterization of ZnO based nanomaterials with specific dopant induced change in properties. In this period she has a number of publications in reputed international journals of high impact and presentations in national/international conferences. Apart from research work Dr. Sahu has teaching experience of almost five years in different engineering colleges in Odisha like Rajdhani Engineering college, Bhubaneswar, Gandhi Engineering College, Bhubaneswar. She joined as a Assistant professor in Chemistry, CUTM, Bhubaneswar in July 2014 and presently continuing as HOD Chemistry here. Apart from academic activities she is also involved in many administrative responsibilities.  Dr. Sahu had also obtained a MBA degree from Sambalpur University in 2011 to her credit.
